Registrations until 03/01/2025 – 1st batch:

Registrations from 02/02/2023 to 06/05/2023 – 2nd batch:

R$200.00 – Undergraduate students

R$250.00 – Professors, researchers, professionals, graduate students and community

The registration fee includes participation in the event on June 05, 06 and 07, 2023, access to the Event Proceedings and schedule of lectures and activities planned, in addition to the certificate of participation issued by UFSC. ENSUS stands out for its registration fees, which are kept to a minimum to ensure the participation of undergraduate students and the community, enabling a broader discussion of sustainability. Registrations will be accepted by commitment, as per instructions (5).

If the payment slip is generated in two installments, simply pay both installments on the same day.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

(1) – Registration for the event ensures participation in the three days of the event, proceedings, opening conference and lectures. The event schedule will be published in advance for public information

(2) – Undergraduate and graduate students must send, along with the registration form, proof of their status as such, to the email ensus.ufsc@gmail.com

(3) – Scientific papers accepted for oral or poster presentation will only be published in the event proceedings if at least one of the authors is registered, with payment of the registration fee confirmed, by March 30, 2021

(4) – Payment of the registration fee by one author gives the right to publish up to 2 articles accepted to be included in the event proceedings.

How do I register by commitment?

You must first register for the event. After registering, look for the Department responsible for commitments at your educational institution and request the commitment. After making the commitment to your educational institution, forward this document to FAPEU/UFSC, to the emails lara@fapeu.org.br with a copy to projetos@fapeu.org.br, contato@fapeu.org.br and ensus.ufsc@gmail.com, together with the completed form-solicitacao-de-notas-de-empenho-FAPEU-ENSUS-2023. Remember that when it comes to commitments, the “Corporate name/name” must be filled in with the name of your educational institution, as well as the other data (CNPJ, address, etc.).

In the case of a company that requires an INVOICE, payment for the event must be made first, and then the FAPEU ENSUS invoice request form must be filled out and sent to the following emails: fatos@fapeu.org.br, with a copy to projetos@fapeu.org.br and lara@fapeu.org.br, and to ensus.ufsc@gmail.com.

(6) The 12 best articles will be selected to be included in the Revista Mix Sustentável – ENSUS edition

(7) A certificate of participation will only be provided to those registered for the event and effectively accredited. Certificates of presentation of articles will only be made available to the author(s) who present the article at the event or submit the presentation in the template format.

(8) Certificates of publication of articles will not be provided. Proof of publication in the event proceedings can be obtained directly by accessing the event.

(9) All articles approved for oral presentation and effectively registered for the event must submit a presentation according to the templates, by April 20, 2021, without fail, in order to be published in the proceedings. Failure to submit the presentation excludes publication in the proceedings, even if the author has registered.
